Upgrading your computer to Windows 10?

Unlike upgrades to previous new Windows operating systems, the upgrade to Windows 10 may, under some circumstances, disable your Trix license. Please use the instructions below to ensure your Trix license is still available after you upgrade to Windows 10. Trix Software Versions 6.6 and 7 are approved for use on Windows 10. Versions 6.5 and earlier are not supported. 

1) Before you upgrade to Windows 10, deactivate your Trix License using the Trix Systems License Manager application.

You will receive an email receipt that your license has been deactivated.

2) Go ahead and upgrade to Windows 10.

3) Download the latest Trix installer for your version of your application and reinstall both the software and the Trix Systems License Manager.

4) Reactivate your license using the Trix Systems License Manager.

This process will ensure your Trix software will be available without any problems.

Trix RasterServer Notes:
Trix RasterServer 7 was released in December 2015. If you do not have a license for Version 7 you can order an upgrade. The latest build for Trix RasterServer 7 is 17503.1. The installer package can be downloaded here.

Trix Organizer, Project Access and Trix FastDoc Versions vary according to installation. Contact your designated support for information and assistance with upgrading.
